      I used Garage Band on my Mac. But there are other programs that will make podcasts.

      I think you should send this to me. Or post on a file sharing site so I can get. I am starting Couch to 5K today for real and not excited about techno-heavy podcasts

    Walked 5 minutes. Ran 60 seconds. Walked 90 seconds. Except I was counting on my own and I don't think that was a good idea. Will get a podcast for the next time so I know when to walk and run. ;)
