Killer workout of sprint and hill intervals. The toughest is always 2nd position where you hover your booty over the saddle, Ouch!

30 minutes of rolling/stretching after.

I also did 2 miles of commuting on foot, like my 4 miles of walking on Tuesday, but who counting ;-).
