injured Back & Core 00:30

Found a way to do some sort of workout with my bad back, on the exercise ball :-). Sore, but bearable for the following.

100 Hyper-backs (with Tricep assistance)...i can bend backwards, but not forward
100 Crunches (short range, not full situp)
50 x 2 Oblique Crunches (left & Right)

Glad to do at least something.
