Last night out was a rough evening, first went to the trail and worked the best sweat ever and was completely beat when i reached back to the car. walkup was 10.20p and down 10.10p. total 6k. hereafter decided to go for a run. ran 5k very slow as wind ,gusts and dust storm during the entire run..... i'll need pampering and fancy stuff to recooperate.....damn hot mostly 92


Saqeb excellent job on fighting the elements & getting the run in. Pushing through is sometimes what we must do to feel were getting out of our comfort zone & going to the place we want to go with our running=) You're doing fantastic. Keep it up!!! The challenge is within us to make the change=)))
