Did some drills ie high knees, butt kickers, cariocas, and leg swings then hit the TM for a tempo run. 10 min warmup 30 min tempo and 10 min cd. ran the tempo portion at 6:58/mi pace for the first 15 min then 6:54/mi pace for the last 15 min.
