80 deg 85% humidity@start 82 deg 73% humidity @ end. Got up and legs felt tight from the trail run yesterday. Just set out to see what I had in me today! started out really strong, which was a bit of a surprise since my legs felt tight. Mile 2 was too fast and I decided at that point to see if I could hold my goal pace after going out too fast. didn't quite accomplish that but a great run nonetheless. Splits were: 7:20, 6:41, 7:34, 7:23, 7:47, 7:39, 7:42, 7:20, and 7:20/mi pace for the last .53 miles.
