75 deg 92%humidity@start 83 deg 74% humidity @end. Set out to just run! No distance or pace in mind, just get out there and run what felt good for an hour and a half. Started out really slow because my legs felt heavy. started thinking that 90 minutes was going to be tough. Slowly started to loosen up and find a rhythm by mile 5. On the way back, saw lots of runners out and it was so nice as I ran by the river, the breeze was nice and cool. Ran the 2nd half considerably faster and finished strong! Splits were:9;04, 8:27, 8:26, 8:35, 8:08, 8:04, 7:55, 7:54, 7:46, 7:37, and 6:59. Have a fabulous Friday!
