Got to get out again tonight! My wife wanted something sweet, so I made a chocolate peanut butter pie and of course I had to taste as I was making it to make sure it was right. Well, sweetened real whipped cream before a run is not the best idea. Reminded me why I like to run on an empty stomach. Otherwise, everything went ok! Little muggy and still warm but felt good to be outside. Just an easy, comfortable run. Started out at 8:32 for the first mile and stayed between 8:10-8:17 for the next 4 then 7:58 for the 6th mile and 8:03/mi pace for the last .32 miles.

Man that's sounds good!!! Now I want one. Nice run too!

@Jeremy it is good! One of the reasons I have to run, so I don't get big as a house!

I might need the recipe for that so I can try to make myself a pie.

I'm sure that whipped cream evaporated before it even had a chance! You make it all sound so easy!

Nice work, Sang! I made pie today too ... cinnamon. But, didn't have any until after my run. Great work in and out of the kitchen!

Very nice. Especially that sixth mile. Good to have room in the tank late in a run.

@Rachelle no I wish! I love to cook though! One of my business ideas was to do meal prep for a niche market like people with gluten intolerance.

Awesome run Sang! Great training day :) OMG, that pie would do me in....peanut butter and chocolate are my favorites!! (I can't have whipped cream however....lactose issue)...ok, gotta have this recipe....especially if it is gluten free!!!

@Patriciarae Unfortunately this one isn't gluten free but would not be hard to make it that way. Just take a Lactaid beforehand and you should be ok:)

I must admit that I'm not as excited about the chocolate peanut butter pie as I am about the run; I'm not big on chocolate and peanut butter! Nice run!

Mmmm... peanut butter pie!!! :) Great run, Sang. I also find it easier to run on an empty stomach, although sometimes I lack energy during such runs.

great run, after eating that pie you'd need to run quite a few Kilometres to burn it off, plenty of energy in there though

Great double mileage again! I am trying not to focus on the chocolate peanut butter pie part because I am battling a sweet tooth. But darn, it sounds delish!
