69 deg 100% humidity @Start 77 deg 93% humidity@finish! Nice cooler weather even though it felt like pea soup. After yesterday's run, wasn't sure how my legs would feel but I am believer that part of marathon training involves running on tired legs. Don't know if it was the cooler weather or 8 hours of sleep last night but this run felt great. Started down the gravel path and legs felt good from the beginning. I didn't have a pace in mind, just tried to find a moderately comfortable one. Trying to finish the Tracy Challenge tomorrow, so I knew I needed some miles today because heading out early to go to St. Simon's Island for the weekend, so not sure how many miles I could get in tomorrow. Took 2 fluid breaks at 4 and 9 miles. Splits were:8:18, 7:57, 7:51, 7:48, 7:41, 7:44, 7:44, 7:37, 7:26, 7:42, 7:39, 7:44, 7:47, and 7:10/mi pace for the last .11 miles.
