Day 13 Sexy 60/60/60

So I haven't made it out of the house yet but my 9 year old son decided he would help me make the wall sit more difficult by sitting on my legs while I did it. Legs definitely felt that! The plank and side planks went better. Lifter 1 leg at a time on the plank for 15 sec each then added twists on the side planks! Core is definitely getting stronger. Heading out for some easy miles now!


Ouch, 9 year old on lap during wall sit...!!! I think I'm gonna start that Sexy 60/60/60 training thing tomorrow. :)

Ouch! I got pretty good at the wall squats when I did P90X last year but they are hard enough with your own body weight!

Sang Day 13 Sexy 60/60/60 took on a whole new meaning. Fabulous choice for the weight device. Your core has to be getting stronger. I wish I started this training for my journey. But definitely something I'll put in my New York Marathon training=)
