So I haven't made it out of the house yet but my 9 year old son decided he would help me make the wall sit more difficult by sitting on my legs while I did it. Legs definitely felt that! The plank and side planks went better. Lifter 1 leg at a time on the plank for 15 sec each then added twists on the side planks! Core is definitely getting stronger. Heading out for some easy miles now!
