68 deg and 82% humidity. Just set out for some easy recovery miles. Tried to stay between 8:30-8:45/mi. Was successful for the most part. Had a couple in the high 8:20s and a couple around 8:50 but felt nice and relaxed. I lost a bunch of water weight on the 1st day of the juice fast, so trying to stay hydrated in this humidity will be a challenge. Overall felt really glad that I am learning how to run an easy pace.
