      hmm, maybe you need more cushion or support or maybe just a size and a half up. though, i don't know a darn thing about what zumba entails. nice workout.

      For running I wear these fantastic trail shoes that work well on roads too. They were super pricey so I don't wear them for anything else. My zumba sneaks are cheap and minimal but both are a full size larger than my dress shoes (dress shoes 7, athletic shoes 8). Zumba is latin dancing and there's a lot of toe work... maybe I actually need a tighter fitting shoe... or at least a shoe with more "floor connection"???? never had toe cramps before, or arch trouble...
