    I did Week 2 again and I'm now convinced that I've been running/walking too slow. I upped my pace and this workout felt good. I added more stretching afterwards so I'm feeling nice and relaxed

      Slappy feet! Not sure why that strikes me funny just now, but it does. I've made some form adjustments lately that have me slapping my feet a bit more than I'd like. Always something to work on! Well done with the C25K.
