Took yesterday morn off as my body needed the rest from Monday's workouts. Missed last night's track work so I made it up this morn (minus the SSCs). Was going to run it on the streets when lo and behold the jr. high gate was unlocked. Small track but it did the trick. 2 mi w/u (from house), 20 x 200, 100 walking recovery, 2 mi c/d. All the 200s were in a 5:40 pace range, but I really had to concentrate on the last 15 ft or so as I was wanting to give up around there.
