Haven't run the past three days-didn't seem to have much desire for it, despite the half coming up this Sunday. Got myself out there this morn, though, and am glad I got it done since this'll be a busy day. 6 x 400s w/ 400 recov. No time goals. Splits: w/u: 1.98mi 18.09, 1.52, 2.16, 1.53, 2.15, 1.50, 2.13, 1.48, 2.14, 1.52, 2.13, 1.49, 2.14, c/d: 1.18mi 10.30
