Pop, pop,pop run 14.06 mi 01:56 08:16 pace

It's been a long time since I've run this path and I thought it was 15mi, but it was only 14. I'm not training for a race right now so I'm not too frustrated about that. Forgot that there was a gun range around there, thus pop,pop,pop. Pace was
suppose to be easy for 6 mi and then 6-10 HM pace, 1-2 easy. Splits: 1)8:23, 2)8:47, 3)8:43, 4)8:35, 5)8:44, 6)8:55, 7)8:32, 8)7:56, 9)7:44, 10)8:00, 11)7:52, 12)7:41, 13)7:38 14)8:22

    Thanks Jessica! I'm not quite sure how long it took me to build up to it. I guess when I focussed on training for my FM my pace kind of built up, too.
