  2. RUN
good Workout of the Beast 6.66 mi 00:59 08:47 pace

I had to laugh when I saw the mileage at the end of the run. A nice, easy run on a crisp autumn morning. It didn't *feel* too devilish, and was actually quite pleasant. :-)

Wonderful run Sam. I call those runs "cruisers" - just floating. Your fitness levels must be way up there! No better way to enjoy fall.

Thanks, Kris, and thanks, Larry! It's more difficult to stay motivated on the strength training, but when I can actually feel it paying off in easier running, it helps. I *know* I need to do it, but gah!!! LOL!

Still a good solid 4 miles despite conditions. A great feature in running - everyday is interesting and we deal with it even if we can't control. You did very, very well.
