1 hill: fine. 1 min rest: not that bad. 2 hill: a little tired, cold and sweaty. 1 min rest: pretty bagged. 3 hill: Where can I possibly puke up french toast with too much syrup eaten too close to the workout without ruining someone's landscaping? Nowhere. Seriously FML.
As soon as the workout was over, ran away to the nearest subway station, and felt sorry for myself while trying not to make a mess . . . Lesson learned.
My tolerance for sugar and crappy carbs has severely decreased in this training cycle. Definitely a case of garbage in, garbage out.
