Ran to the store (2.78 k) + Ran 18.47 km with Miguel, Andrew and Enzo where I struggled with my Garmin vs. the others (mine was reading fast today for some reason - hmmm) + added on a couple kms downtown at the end to make it just over the prescribed 2 hours in time for coffee.
Scenic fun route, except for one crappy icy part in Roycroft Park. Felt great, though hamstrings were definitely toasted on the last 5 km. No picking up the pace, just cruising and maintaining. The guys had lots of juice left to give'r and left me to do my thing, which I didn't mind.
Another long run down - building up base. Legs are toasted for sure though! Yoga tomorrow!
