2.78 km steady run to the store
+ 6.2 km fast tempo/5k race pace with @alizimmerman (averaging 4:15 which felt amaze balls and like fun easy cruising.) Worked on leg turnover and tight core. Checked out my form every chance I got, and worked on staying upright and free-swinging my arms in control. Goal: break 21 minutes in the next 5 k I run AND look strong/hot in my pictures. Is that wrong? :)
+ 1.11 km cool down at LSD pace with slower group.
