Rough one today. One of the few times my lungs gave out before my legs. It started out cool, then got hot out there really quickly too, unfortunately. Starting the Ryan Hall Half Marathon plan this week so I can repeat the first week. Hopefully things will get better, it seems like 3 days off is real bad for me, so I won't be doing that again. Damn vacations!

    It was a bit of a bummer, since I was running 1 mile repeats at that speed before the marathon, but oh well. It'll come back. Just can't decide whether or not to do a half marathon next weekend. Don't want to spend the money if I can't at least PR!

    I was just surprised that I couldn't get through them all at once, since I did faster ones last week and longer ones in the past. Hopefully it was just an off day!
