terrible!!!!!!!!! i felt so outta whack, first I lost my hair tie, couldn't get my breathing right, then I stumbled onto a horrible playlist on Pandora.....I was supposed to run 3 but this is all I had in my tank tonight. NOT HAPPY


Any run is better than no run - so you did a great job nonetheless! Hope the next one goes more smoothly for you :)
