Chad my goal over this upcoming year is to get down to a 3:40ish marathon, so I'm trying to do a lot more speed stuff. When are you doing most of your speed stuff?

My goal is to finish a mile in under 5 minutes. I pretty much only do speed stuff, and I'm free just about anytime.
