good P90X-Day 25 Stretch 01:00

P90X-Day 25 Stretch
That was pleasurable. Took care to stay on folded blanket when on knees. Feeling mare flexible than yesterday or a month ago.
Note to self: have not run this week to calm Achilles down. So far, so good with the Achilles. Also, started taking Chondroitin for knee joints again. Hopefully that will alleviate pain in knees until I start running again. Running seems to replenish knee fluids (cushion).
Lastly, yoga and stretching combined with all the core/strength work is helping balance. I am happy with progress so far. Just a bit anxious to resume regular workouts and walk without pain.
