Woke up to thunder and rain...blah!! I was planning on an early morning bike ride, but that didn't happen so I had to used the spin bike. I estimated the miles, based on my past rides, I guess my nephew was playing with the speedo on the bike and now there is a piece missing...lovely.

I worked on hill climbs as much as possible, wanted to give my legs a good work out, a real good sweaty ride!
