Trying to change up my workout schedule...was up at 4:30am so I could go to a 5:30am spin class, next time I'll sleep just a little longer. I do like getting my exercise out of the way but I sure am tired. The spin bike I used didn't have a speedo on it, so I'm geusstimating the distance. I did manage to smack my knee on the brake, now that hurts..No pain no gain, Happy Monday ALL!!!
