A test run for my achilles , i did my 4 key stretches upper calf, lower calf , hamstring and quads, achilles pulled slightly when running but got no worse. stretched again when i finished and used the foam roller , feeling happier than I have done for days :-) :-) but must not rush it !!

That all sounds encouraging. But yeah - don't push it! Little and often is probably the best approach and keep on with the roller. Can't wait to get mine!
