Walked 2 miles for a warmup, ran 2 miles and started to hurt at mile 2 so I stopped and then walked the rest of the way. Going to take a couple weeks off from running and just concentrate on stretching and strengthening. Going to hit the bike for awhile because what I'm doing now isn't workingto heal this injury.
