    A little better...I can feel the muscle still but I wasn't limping getting off the treadmill so that's an improvement in itself. Baby steps. A friend found another flat marathon for me that is in December in Jacksonville so I'm going to take it easy and not push this...if I'm ready for October's that will be great if not, there's December.

    I'm doing OBX (Outer Banks, NC) Nov. 14th- which I've read and been told by multiple people is ALL flat with just one hill! You should think about it- I've heard the scenery is to die for and weather perfect!! :) Would love to have a familiar face at that race! So there's always Nov. too! :)

    I'll take a look at that one as well, all depends on this injury. Last night it hurt quite a bit. It's really frustrating!
