    Kept it in Zone 2, recovery workout from yesterday. Gorgeous afternoon out there, but there were lots of speed bumps aka small children, dogs and clueless adults. Still fun though!

    good Laurel Ridge Trail 6 mi

    Refueled and then headed out with the girls from the 'hood to hit the trails. Prettier run and a lot softer on the body!

      I was so bummed about the GW run that I had to do another to enjoy myself. Seriously reconsidering the hard surface running. Natalie thanks for asking, i jumped up on a step and whimpered loudly but the soft flats and downhills don't hurt so that's great. Today I'm fine and the ankle feels better too. I'm headed out for some rollerblading shortly.

      Thanks! Me too! I'm seriously thinking about ditching the GW for trails though. I really enjoyed my second run of the morning ohsomuch more than the first one.

      That's why I like running! But I have to admit the classes I've been taking have helped out my core and upper body. So I guess I'll just suck it up. Maybe once I figure out the moves I won't look like such a geek.

    Run/walk - hamstring still feels bruised. Just took it easy this morning...no inclines, no sprints. 16 degrees and dark out so no battlefield run. Now for a day of meetings.
