    Was gonna take today off but then decided tomorrow would be a better day off so I could try and do my wussy 25 miles on Saturday. So I did an easy 10 miles today. :)

    I think Wednesdays are going to turn into a day off until I get a bit more used to cycling. Legs just felt so tired... and the uber hot weather isn't helping.

      I would definitely take a day off here and there. It took me quite a while, and a lot of SMART training to get my body used to the daily workouts. It can take a toll on you and rest is always welcome!
