TM/CT/Bike warmup followed by 50 crunches, 50 reverse crunches, 36 leg raises, 50 steppers, 45 stomach curls !

First day of my 3 day trial at bio rythm fitness center ! They put me on TM, cross trainer and stat bike ! I think i'm gonna take a membership :-)

I was thinking to drop my TM workout because of power cut. But by the time i finished warm-up, KSEB turned it ON ! Ran well :0)

alright TM 4 km 00:30 12:04 pace
Ran at a greater speed than usual .. that tempted me to quit early. But the urge to keep my standards on dailymile carried me through .. am really tired today :-D
