    40 mins on TM, CT n Bike, followed by an abs workout.

    15 mins TM, 10 mins cross trainer, 10 mins bike, stretches, crunches, pull-ups !! Got tired but enjoyed :)

    First day of my 3 day trial at bio rythm fitness center ! They put me on TM, cross trainer and stat bike ! I think i'm gonna take a membership :-)

      Go for it! A gym is a nice alternative when the weather is bad or when you want to try different machines. Have fun...
