    Forgot to stop my Garmin so can't really import. Was a fairly nice run!

    Not terrible. Was fun running with my new Garmin 60Csx where I could see a map of the small streets of Chuncheon.

    Good to be out on the bike. I forgot to stop the Garmin after I got to Sachang-ri so it recorded all the way to Cheorwon.

    Uninspiring. First run in 9 days. Went out and did the first 5k in 23 minutes but then slowed down considerably as I lost any motivation I had on the way home.
