-back squat (95x8, 135x6, 155x4, 175x2 [PR])
-weighted NG pull-up (10kg x 9, 7, 7, 7)

-bench press (85x8, 105x4, 125x2, 145x1 [PR*])
-KB weighted sit-up (18x15x4)

*I've actually done 145 before, but never was it MORE THAN I WEIGH.

    Nah, literally just talking about 3 pounds difference. Was always 147 or 148 the prior 3 times I hit 145, but this day was 144.6!!
