    I finally started. It was hard at the beginning but then it was ok. I walked and jog the whole thing. i'm happy i finally got out there.

      Funny thing but, You find motivation when you buy a new workout outfit. That feeling of "showing off" motivates you to workout more.. Atleast thats what motivated med to the gym a month ago. Goodluck. You will find your motivation in time. Its all about letting thing happend naturally. Time + patience = Great performance.

      Thats normal...set small goals for yourself...I decided in May to change my lifestyle..lose weight get in shape..not for anyone but myself..just keep telling yourself youre worth it...a good trick for me is whenever I find myself thinking a negative thought I stop and think of something positive.. good luck...you can do it
