good power camp spin 26 mi 01:20 19.5mph pace

long intervals at moderate hr and cadence. 2 x 20 min at ~148 bpm and 85 rpm. mentally tough because these long intervals are boring on a spin bike.

  3. VELO
good power camp spin 20 mi 01:00 20.0mph pace

I really don't get surprised how crazy spin camp is. today was 8 x 30 seconds at VT and above (~164). with 3 min recovery. really the recovery interval was more like 90 sec because the other 9... read more

alright power camp spin 14 mi 00:40 21.0mph pace

Was this a class you did or just you and a friend? I probably should have gone to a class or stayed at home on the bike trainer today. Great job Krysty!

(I've been to PT and it's been useless each time I've hurt myself. This guy has fixed me up in a jiffy when PT has failed me.)
