got up bright and early to a nice cool sunny morning (thank goodness spring is coming!!!) and got running.
1 mile warm-up; 1.5 mile tempo speed.
picked up em; easy 1 mile to handley track.
three miles around track at tempo pace

quick 5-10 second rest between each to reset my watch.
12 minute easy barefoot jogging on the football field, easy 1 mile run home.
