Out and back with two miles of trail in Almaden Valley. It was a beautiful run all the way up until I tweaked my calf muscle at mile 5 1/2--remains to be seen if it's bad. I was able to keep going and even managed a littl kick at the end to turn in an 8:42 last mile.
