RUN
7.65 mi 01:26 11:12 pace
Beautiful day for some miles out at WYCO. Good thing I have the new car because Ella (my dog) came with and was an absolute dirty, muddy, smiling mess. She has found a new home in the trunk of the ... read more

RUN
great 9.01 mi 01:19 08:43 pace
9 miles with 7 right around 8:30 pace to test the legs. I felt invincible for six miles, then tightness. The tightness is coming later and later the more I do Yoga, so I am very happy about that.

Plaza --> VML --> Home 22.34 mi 01:22 16.3mph pace
I look forward to my weekend bikes. Love the Kansas City neighborhoods from the Plaza to City Market, across the bridge to VML, lap the airport and back. The weather couldn't be better.

RUN
great 8.5 mi 01:25 10:01 pace
Trail Nerd BAR run. 55 degrees, light rain and the first time I've run tightness/pain free in a long time. Tight hips/hamstrings?? One word. Yoga. You won't regret it.

RUN
great 8.75 mi 01:30 10:16 pace
Nice and easy Zone 2. Pace is of no concern, simply getting the base miles in for North Face 50 miler in December. A little hot at the end, but Yoga is doing the trick for flexibility.

I have a hard time imagining Fast Ryan at 10:16 pace. Were you running trails? :)

great 9.13 mi 01:23 09:04 pace
(From Thursday) 7x7min intervals at Zone 4/5 pace. Weird running road intervals and not having to jump over rocks and run down hills. A way different mental workout for sure.
