  3. RUN
    great 9.01 mi 01:19 08:43 pace

9 miles with 7 right around 8:30 pace to test the legs. I felt invincible for six miles, then tightness. The tightness is coming later and later the more I do Yoga, so I am very happy about that.

  9. RUN
    great 8.75 mi 01:30 10:16 pace

Nice and easy Zone 2. Pace is of no concern, simply getting the base miles in for North Face 50 miler in December. A little hot at the end, but Yoga is doing the trick for flexibility.

  10. VELO
    23.47 mi 01:24 16.7mph pace

Awesome ride from my house on the Plaza, two laps of the downtown airport and back. Incredible day for a ride.

  13. RUN
    great 11.7 mi 02:04 10:37 pace

Step Up Run, 40 Zone 2, 40 Zone 3, 40 min, Zone 4. Lungs were there, legs were a little bit behind. Finished the last 3.5 with a fantastic group of Trail Nerds as always.

  14. RUN
    great 11.67 mi 02:38 13:32 pace

Nice and easy loop of the Psycho Psummer 50k course. Put a solid run in with the new Altra Lone Peaks and they did not disappoint. Great shoe.

  15. RUN
    great 9.13 mi 01:23 09:04 pace

(From Thursday) 7x7min intervals at Zone 4/5 pace. Weird running road intervals and not having to jump over rocks and run down hills. A way different mental workout for sure.

BAR Run easy almost four miler.

  17. RUN
    great 10 mi 01:55 11:30 pace

Running #protip. When trail running, make sure your car key is securely fastened in your running pouch or when removing your GPS it will fly helplessly into the thick, wooded area never to be found... read more

Another protip: when trail running and you keep both your key and your TP in the pocket of your waterbottle don't forget to zip your water bottle pocket again after using said TP or your key will also go flying into the woods never to be seen again!
