    Solid workout, 24kg bell for sets of 20 swings. I'll do this again on Monday to officially start it off.

    First day back in a long time. A bit lethargic, but you have to start somewhere.

    Super long ride today, my legs turned into jelly at around mile 30, so it was tough going for the final 12 miles. Great to get out there and really hammer out a big ride.
