      Hope your metabolism bounces back nicely today! I always try to keep a box of emergency Clif bars at my desk, because I totally would've stopped and gotten a bucket of fried chicken or something.

      It's okay! Not every day is going to go exactly as planned. I often feel pretty off balance when I have a weird eating schedule like that. You'll get back on track!

      Maybe you can try taking measurements, and on the days that the scale doesn't cooperate, the biceps or hips or something will! My scale isn't doing anything these days, but I'm down a shirt size and had to go dig out all the pants that I couldn't button! Keep it up Sherry!

      you know you should take some time off and get the knee checked out. If it was a "pop" then you might have pulled something, a pain that develops over time can be fixed by easing back. If you pulled something and keep going hard you can create a bigger problem.
