      Massage and stretching help me the most. Before I get out of bed I stretch them out. My feet are my worst enemy, too. Also, wear good supportive shoes while you are not running. I used to walk around the house barefoot, but that makes it worse. I'm sure you've heard it all, but thought I would offer up what helps me. Good luck!

      I feel pretty good. Back when I started this crazy workout from muscle & fitness.. I was totally feeling it the next couple days. Ultimate Starter's Guide from January issue. Almost back to benching my weight. I blame old man muscle loss for not quite being there yet!
