Had to run some errands at university, so walked there and back (and around campus) beautiful weather and a bit of summer rain afterwards!

No pain unless I run lol, but tweaks every now and then when I walk a bit too much. Still waiting on the health card to come in any day now so I can visit the doc, otherwise thats all

There's plenty of time to train. My friend trained for a marathon using aqua running. It's boring but it got me thru my injury
