A relaxed walk to stretch the legs (I ran for a little bit at one point to see how the ankle feels though, still in pain). Saw a flock of geese with their little ones! The cutest thing I saw all day. Mama goose was not having it, as I approached to take a photo. Great walk in great weather, thats all!

Geese are so protective! I pass a pair with 5, yes FIVE, goslings on one of my routes. So cute! Nice that you got a walk...take care of that ankle!

Kat, at this point, you need to get your ankle checked. It has taken a little too long for a common injury. An x-ray or MRI will reveal what is going on and the right treatment for it. It is preventing you from doing what you enjoy doing...running!
