Holy hell what a challenging class. Finally got my ass to the yoga studio to stretch out my stiff and cranky body. This is the ONLY place I can sweat buckets (I dont even sweat all that much when I run). Got my flow on with lots of downward dog. Dude next to me kept doing handstands, bro why you cramping my style?! You know I cant even come close to that! So tired, never sweat like that in my life (this is a HOT yoga class by the way, with temperatures reaching 39 celcius). Glad I got to stretch everything out, ankle still felt a bit weak and wonky, for those of you asking, yes I will be seeing a good friend of mine who is a physio hopefully next week! Namaste mother f*ckers! ;)
