Great cross training again with the bike today; it was 38 degrees outside with humidity, so stayed inside the lovely air conditioned gym. Resistance was at an 8-9 and quite difficult. Overall a great ride, no stress on knees and ankle! Was reading "The Long Run" the whole time while biking. Multitaking = WIN

Great Job Kat, Try a ladder workout on the bike next time. Start at resistance level 2 and every mile move it up one level and when you get to the half way point of the miles you are doing come down a level every mile.

nice ride! good call on staying inside. I only went outside once to grab a couple of things from the veggie place across the road and man, was it HAWT. bleh. Good to hear knee and ankle did not dislike the spinning!

It was brutally hot here today with temps in the 90's. Good day to stay in with the air conditioner! Nicely done with your cross training.
