Hit the gym with hubs, ran for 5K. Since Thursday's 'fast' run, I've had pretty bad shin splints in my left leg, so I had to walk a bit during this run. Went up to a 9:00 minute pace and sprinted a bit, but otherwise my left leg was annoying me throughout the entire run. It's sunny here, so time to enjoy the weather with some cold ones! :)
