Significant other always complains that I never sweat enough while spinning, well take that boyfriend. Turned it up a notch to a level 8 resistance, kept HR at around 155-165 (aka freaking HIGH!). Quads and hammies still kill from the long run, but good to stretch them a bit through spinning. Then hopped off to do some weights. Oh and the best part? Stepped back on the scale (Im not as religious with weighing myself as I used to be, I only do it about once every week or 2 weeks) expecting to gain a pound or two but BAM lost another 2 pounds. So yes I consider this a successful day; sending good vibes your way too folks!
