    good swim class

    first morning of the swim class I signed up for. it's safe to say I'm probably the second, no third worst swimmer in there. I'm excited though, I think it will help my swimming!

    10 min on the bike then 3.5 mile run. I was already sore from my soccer game so it felt really hard:)

    2.5 mile on the treadmill then 1/2 hour on the eliptical. I usually really hate the eliptical but I was in the mood for some weird reason.

      me neither! i seem to get more done in the afternoon which is why my runs, etc are always between 1-3pm.
