      Thanks darlin! We are doing well! Keep up the great job! I see your workouts as you post them, but I have been nonstop every night this week. Helping out extra hours at Bros 3, so it's been crazy!
      I plan to put on some miles after work today and I am walking a Cancer walk tomorrow morning! That will be about 3 miles! Yay!
